Our goal is to help the public understand what the current tissues are in healthcare and discuss them with an informative yet comedic twist. Our podcast has traveled to multiple strikes and rallies around the country, standing along side nurses fighting for change.
About Nurse Erica
Nurse Erica is a registered nurse from Las Vegas, NV. She started her clinical career right out of high school as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and continued on nursing school, becoming a Registered Nurse (RN). Erica is certified in three specialties. She has extensive experience in pediatrics, eventually moved into nursing leadership, and is currently working in pediatric hospice. Erica's additional nursing experience includes adult acute care, long-term care, wound care, and adult hospice. She has served as a chief nursing officer, director of nursing, director of program development, and nurse manager. Erica’s true passion is in her role as a nurse advocate and activist. She utilizes her social media influence to inspire nurses and fight for healthcare reform. As a self-proclaimed disruptor, Erica travels the country attending nursing strikes, rallies, lobbies, and giving key-note speeches.
